1. About This Disclaimer

This Disclaimer covers 8K Reseller, operated by 8K Strong, and every service available through our website. By using the 8K Reseller panel, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please stop using our services.

2. We Provide a Panel, Not Servers

8K Reseller is a technical reseller panel. We supply the dashboard, the credit system, the sub-reseller structure and the API tools that let resellers manage their own customers.

We do not own, run or control any streaming servers, and we do not host, store or broadcast any media content. All channels, on-demand titles and streams reachable through accounts activated with our panel are delivered by independent third-party server operators who have no connection to 8K Reseller.

3. No Liability for Third-Party Content

Because we do not own or manage the underlying servers, 8K Reseller is not responsible for any content that may be viewed, streamed or shared through accounts linked to our panel. This includes, among other things, live channels, on-demand titles and any other media provided by third-party operators.

We do not choose, review, approve or guarantee the legality, accuracy, quality or availability of that content. Any claim, dispute or concern about specific content must be addressed to the third-party operator responsible for it, not to 8K Reseller.

4. Resellers Are Responsible for Their Use

As a reseller, you alone are responsible for how you use the 8K Reseller panel, and for making sure that your own activity, and that of your customers and sub-resellers, complies with the laws of your country. 8K Reseller acts only as a technical infrastructure provider and accepts no liability for how the panel is used by resellers, sub-resellers or end users.

5. No Warranty

The 8K Reseller panel and all related services are provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that the service, or any content reached through third-party servers connected to it, will always be uninterrupted, free of errors, secure or available.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, 8K Reseller, 8K Strong and their partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss resulting from your use of the panel, including issues linked to streamed content, server availability or the actions of third parties.

7. Links to Other Websites

Our website and panel may include links to third-party websites or services, provided only for your convenience. We have no control over their content, policies or practices and accept no responsibility for them.

8. Updates to This Disclaimer

We may revise this Disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes to our services or for legal and regulatory reasons. Any update will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. By continuing to use our services after an update, you accept the revised Disclaimer.
